Stampede Meat is committed to “Improving Daily”, as one of our five core values towards achieving Customer Satisfaction. We relaunched a customer satisfaction survey to evaluate our progress and we received some very valuable input. The survey was sent to over 200 customers covering customer satisfaction with Stampede over a number of topics. Here are some highlights from the survey:

89% gave us a rating of Extremely Well or Very Well.
That represents an 18% improvement over our 2013 survey results!

How responsive is our company?
91% gave us a rating of Extremely responsive or Very responsive.
That represents a 7% improvement over our 2013 survey results.

How well do the customer service representatives at Stampede answer your questions?
90% gave us a rating of Extremely Well or Very Well.
That represents a 14% improvement over our 2013 survey results.

Please indicate your level of satisfaction with Convenience/ease of working with us.
