Stampede Meat, Inc., is an innovative protein solutions company that focuses on custom protein development and processing. Founded in 1995, we’re proud to be America’s number one steak supplier. Our customers include leading restaurants, top retailers, club stores, leading food service distributors, home delivery customers, military channels and other emerging segments.

We currently have four facilities in the Chicago area with a combined size of approximately 285,000 square feet with a combined production capacity in excess of 190 million pounds annually.

Capabilities

Raw

Industry leaders in providing beef, chicken, turkey and pork products. Our beef category includes capabilities such as steaks, roasts, ribs, formed and prepared cuts. Various grades are available including Black Angus, Choice, Select and Commercial. For specific cuts, click here for more details. Chicken, turkey and pork capabilities can be anything from boneless and skinless to formed patties and fritters, steaks, tenderloin, filets, ham, carnitas or bacon wrapped specialties.

Sous Vide

Our vast sous vide 360 Seared Program offers a unique full-surface searing and fire-grilling process for whole muscle, portioned, shredded and pulled proteins. This method provides locked-in moisture retention and flavors through a cook-in-bag process.
