2015 Customer Survey Results

Stampede Meat is committed to “Improving Daily,” as one of our five core values towards achieving Customer Satisfaction. In 2015, we relaunched a customer satisfaction survey to evaluate our progress and received some very valuable input.

The survey was sent to over 200 customers covering customer satisfaction with Stampede over a number of topics. Here are some highlights from the survey:

How well do you think Stampede understands what your company needs to be successful?
89% gave us a rating of Extremely Well or Very Well.
That represents an 18% improvement from our 2013 survey results!

How responsive is our company?
91% gave us a rating of Extremely responsive or Very responsive.
That represents a 7% improvement from our 2013 survey results.

How well do the customer service representatives at Stampede answer your questions?
90% gave us a rating of Extremely Well or Very Well.
That represents a 14% improvement from our 2013 survey results.

Please indicate your level of satisfaction with Convenience/ease of working with us.
85% gave us a rating of Much Better or Somewhat Better than competitors.
That represents a 21% improvement from our 2013 survey results!

Please indicate your level of satisfaction with the Knowledge of our sales staff.
83% gave us a rating of Much Better or Somewhat Better than competitors.
That represents a 32% improvement from our 2013 survey results!

Please indicate your level of satisfaction with our Quality of service.
85% gave us a rating of Much Better or Somewhat Better than competitors.
That represents a 9% improvement from our 2013 survey results.

How likely are you to recommend Stampede to others?
88% gave us a rating of Extremely Likely or Very Likely.
That represents a 3% improvement from our 2013 survey results.
